“NO BOOK IS REALLY WORTH READING AT THE AGE OF TEN WHICH IS NOT EQUALLY (AND OFTEN FAR MORE) WORTH READING AT THE AGE OF FIFTY” – C.S. LEWIS

Cool Blurb from Max Brallier (The Last Kids on Earth)!

Max Brallier is one of my favorite Middle Grade authors. All of his books are super-fun and just the right amount of scary or creepy… and we actually share a lot of interests (that you can see if you follow him on Instagram, where plastic relics from the 80s or early 90s will pop up from time to time).

I’m a big fan of his dad (and his dad’s publishing blog), too!

If you’re reading this now, you probably know about the Netflix adaptation of The Last Kids on Earth series and the Last Kids on Earth video games… Max has a lot going on! And I’m super-excited that he recently gave Storm Blown this very cool quote (that’s going to be on the cover for Snow Struck!):

“Awesome. Super-intense, suspenseful, edge-of-your-seat stuff.” –Max Brallier, New York Times bestselling author of the Last Kids on Earth series

Coming from a guy who’s on his seventh book about zombies and monsters and the apocalypse, that’s saying something 🙂 A million thanks to Max, and to everyone who’s helped my books reach new readers!
